Chests
Chests drop at a base 1/200 rate from doing activities. Their type is typically determined by the main skill of the activity you are doing. When aquired, they will be displayed in your Treasury under your Inventory where they can be opened from there.
Loot Rolls
For chests, they go through 4 rolls for loot. Each of those rolls gets broken up into 2 separate rolls. The first part of a roll goes based on the sub table. After rolling on this, it will then roll for an item based on that sub table involved.

Chest Types
There are some cases where certain activities can give unique chests in addition to the skill chests.

Unique items rolled from certain activities (currently only the Feather cape) have a base chance of 1/250 to drop.
