Notes:
- Technically better outputs/inputs is possible - swap carving knife for slipstick, I'd consider that for fines
- this is much better exp/step and outputs/steps while giving up a few % of theoretical maximum output
- more frugal for consumable use than theoretical max outputs set
- can increase exp rates per step by swapping guidebook
- this setup will improve up to level 70 crafting
- Omni tool is likely dropped before 6th tool slot
- Cooked Lobster marginally improves outputs
