Gem Pouch
From Walkscape Walkthrough
A small pouch filled with precious gems. You can feel the weight of the gems as you hold it.
Gem Pouch are rare 1/250 openable Treasury items found by completing various activities. They can have their rate of finding them increased with the 
Chest Finding equipment attribute.
