A very clean-looking bank that somehow keeps free of the outside snow. You would swear you are looking through blue-tinted lenses, as even the torches here burn blue. Only those that are highly respected by the Jarvonians can enter such a space.
Cold Storage of Commitment is a "Bank" building located in
