- The best recipe for getting the Doomsday Prepper achievement is baking Bread.
- The recipe has the lowest min steps of any cooking recipe and the base item Wheat is very quick to farm from Butterfly catching. The recipe has a total wear of 116 Steps, compared with 143 Steps for making Porridge.
- If you have decent cooking gear, you need far fewer than 1000 wheat to the achievement. Cooking gear gives a lot of bonuses to Double Rewards and No Materials Consumed, both of which reduce the amount of raw materials you need. With good gear you'll need fewer than 500 wheat to finish the achievement.
