This should give you 279 Steps / Token on average. For me this took ~1.3 million steps but I only had the Spyglass and Beer for part of it. It may take longer depending on your luck with fine items.
Some Possible Replacements:
- Cape of Half-Achiever for the full achiever cape.
- The Beer as a consumable is optional but if you've got a stock it can help.
- The Rusty Spyglass can be left off first if you only have 5 tool slots.
- The Fine Pearl Ring can be substituted for a Second Heron Ring or even a Shiny Ring.
