This moves 30% of the rate from a lower quality to the next higher quality. For example if we want to craft a [[Special:MyLanguage/Wanderlust walking stick|Wanderlust walking stick]] with a total quality outcome of 200 the outcome will be different if we use fine [[Special:MyLanguage/Silver bar|Silver bars]] vs normal. |
