Guide
There are two ways to reach Noiseless Pass:
- Purchase the Jarvonian Letter of Passage for 4.5K coins at the Fort of Permafrost (Castle) within the Fort of Permafrost in Jarvonia and travel there directly.
- Acquire the Diving Gear Set and travel through Syrenthia.
