Here are some gear sets using 5 tool slots, with Cape of Achiever. The best Hatchet type for chest finding is Hydrilium Hatchet. However, a higher-quality Tarsilium Hatchet will most likely be better. The gear set tries to optimize for Chest finding first, and XP/step second. Alternatively you can swap Omni-Tool for Adoring Fan Statue for easy tokens.
