A woman seems to be caring for a few of the animals, and the only other human around. She speaks softly to the animals, seemingly holding full conversations with them.
Mikka Maier is a character who can be found at Paws are Us in 
Salsfirth in the 
Grand Duchy of Trellin-Erdwise region.
