The woman behind the stall has a head of blonde, wavy hair. Sun-kissed skin and bright blue eyes warily watch those who walk by a little too slow. Her clothing is brown and layered, apparently to keep warm on land.
Alexa Leeroi is a character who can be found at Fiskstånd in

Grand Duchy of Trellin-Erdwise region.
