There are two ways to reach Noiseless Pass:
- Purchase the Jarvonian letter of passage for 4,500 coins at the Fort of Permafrost shop within the Fort of Permafrost in Jarvonia and travel there directly.
- Acquire the Diving Gear Set and travel through Syrenthia.
