Here are a couple of different gear sets using 5 tool slots, with Cape of Achiever. With level 75 mining, 105 work efficiency is required. I use Fin Gloves instead of Gem Bracelet for travel as the activity can not drop gems. Hand Lantern is used for Light Source requirement.
