The second are "Banned Keywords" which are a limit how many of a type of tool you can equip at once. Note that this is "banned" in the sense that you are banned from using two at once, not from using it at all. For example, Foraging tool is a banned keyword. You are only allowed to equip one foraging tool at a time. If you have a Copper Sickle equipped, you cannot also equip a Dull Machete as they both have the Foraging tool Keyword.
