Recipes often have a service requirement in addition to the raw materials.
Recipes involve the Carpentry, Cooking, Crafting, Smithing, and Trinketry skills.
These skills can also benefit from a bonus of +1 Crafting Outcome per level beyond a Recipe's level requirement toward crafted items with no cap.
