- For the first requirement you need to use an Advanced Kitchen in Granfiddich or Wraithwater, and you'll need the Soup kitchen badge collectible or Cooking Level 55, respectively. The recipe requires Cooking Level 50.
- For the second requirement you need a Raw shark from an activity.
