Pride And Accomplishment is an achievement.

This will typically happen over time with playing the game. It does not have to be all at once or the same type of Chest. Using Gear with greater Chest Finding can help. Cannot be Bird Nests, but CAN be Coin Pouches or Gem Pouches.
