Here are some gear sets using 5 tool slots, with Cape of Achiever. The best Hatchet type for chest finding is [[Hydrilium Hatchet]]. However, a higher-quality [[Tarsilium Hatchet]] will most likely be better. The gear set tries to optimize for Chest finding first, and XP/step second. 
Alternatively you can swap [[Omni-Tool]] for [[Adoring Fan Statue]] for easy tokens.
