An item's rarity generally tells you how powerful they are, not specifically how many attributes they have. An Ethereal rarity loot item might have the ability to teleport somewhere, but that may be the only attribute it has.

Loot Items are items comprised mainly of equipment that can be bought in shops or obtained from chests, monsters, and other openables.
