Skill Experience

Leveling a skill over the requirement grants +1.25% Work Efficiency toward the attributed skill's activity up to a maximum of +25% at 20 levels above that of the required level to perform the activity, with the exception of traveling which is uncapped. Over leveling a skill also grands +1 Quality Outcome per level for artisan recipes.
