== Introduction ==

There are several items, activities, and achievements that are locked behind a tiered progress. This guide is to provide a shorthand on the order to do them. This does not include the gates at [[Wraithwater]] (and the ectoplasm requirement) nor the requirement to purchase a [[Camel]] before entering [[Wrentmark]].

== Skiing ==

This shortcut takes you from [[Frostbite Mountain]] to [[Azurazera]] in 2255 base steps; without skis, the trek is 2939 base steps

== Swimming and Diving Gear ==

It requires the player to equip various levels of Diving Gear, and progresses as follows:

*Complete [[File:Surface_swimming.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Surface swimming]] in [[File:Coast_Green_Icon.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Farsand Coast]] or [[File:Coast_Green_Icon.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Granfiddich Shores]] 200 times. This requires at least [[File:Agility.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Agility]] at level 20.

You’ve now unlocked the use of [[File:Hydrilium_diving_helm.svg|frameless|20px]][[Hydrilium diving helm]], [[File:Hydrilium_diving_torso.svg|frameless|20px]][[Hydrilium diving torso]], and [[File:Hydrilium_diving_leggings.svg|frameless|20px]][[Hydrilium diving leggings]], which are crafted out of [[File:Hydrilium.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Hydrilium]] (itself made from [[File:Hardened_kelp.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Hardened kelp]] and [[File:Volcanic_rock.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Volcanic rock]]! Congrats! With Hydrilium [[Diving Gear]], you can now access all parts of Syrenthia, including [[File:Darktide_Trench_Icon.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Darktide Trench]].

Additionally, Diving Gear or the various swimming activities unlocks or enables the following Achievements:

The actual progression to Hydrilium gear only requires the player to complete [[File:Underwater_swimming.svg|frameless|20px]] [[Underwater swimming]] 25 times, but the other activities provide Sunken chests to get the Rusty Diving Leggings and increase your Agility level.
